Pulling data an picture from an Excel database

Hi,

I have a big employee database in excel and it contains Name , ID , Age, education ,photo etc. I want to create a form in excel or Access , if i search using EMP ID the full details for that particular employee should come along with photo on right side corner. is it possible? please help.

use can use image control on form and use Image.Rowsource as picture path to display image
