Combine rows then split into separate columns

Hi

I have a spreadsheet I am working on with a column full of image URL's, I need to combine them all to the top row of their sections and then split them into columns adjacent to the top row.

I have attached a sample spreadsheet of how it needs to look.

I could split them to columns with the "Text to columns" feature but they need to be combined first.

Would anyone be able to help me out with this?

Sorry yeah thats exactly what I wanted to do as before I can just change the separator and then use the text to column feature.

I have been working on this for so long I think Ive gone a bit mad
