How to break a link to another worksheet

My worksheet keeps sending me a pop up that my worksheet is connected to another worksheet on my hard drive and asks me if I would like to enable/disable links. I would like to disable/break the link to the other workbook yet when I click on edit links under the data tab it doesn't give me the ability to break the link. Is there a reason for this? A way around it? Screenshot attached, thanks!

1. Check your named ranges for names which refer to external workbooks.
2. Check Data Validation settings for validation linked to external workbooks.

How do I locate linked data validation? Named ranges I located and removed but the external link is still present so it must be something to do with validation. Thanks!
