If cell has no input, then return 0

Hello,

I need help with a basic formula.

In the attached sheet, I need cell I3 to return value 0 if cell A3 has no input (text or letters).
But if A3 has any value, e.g. W70DE, then formula "=MAX(19600;F3-G3-H3)" should take effect.
