Excel Sort Error

Hello again,

I use excel to upload mass amount of product to third party listing platforms, about 3 or 4 excel files a day with anywhere from 100 to 1500 items. I have to do a lot of sorting to confirm that the data was entered properly from our receivers. However, in all my sorting sometimes it doesn't "expand the selection" and I am finding out that I have listed 1,000's of items with the wrong information or pictures. It's becoming a huge problem, and I wanted to know if anyone else was dealing with this same issue and if there is way to fix it or maybe a work around.

Before sorting do a Shift/End Home to "grab" all the data, then do the sort
