Unable to find multiple values in cells with Match & Index functions

I've been struggling to figure this one out, hopefully one of the bright sparks here can shed light. So basically I have a simply table that I look-up data from using "index & match" functions.
It works fine if there is only one value in the cell, but as soon as the cell contains two or more values, the result is incorrect, I need it to show the complete value. I hope this makes sense. I've attached a spreadsheet with a sample.
