Conditional Formatting - how to leave blank cells blank - no colour until date populated

hi

Please see attached file - I have 3 conditional formatting formulas in place. But the red cell which should be any cells with a date of today and -1day. All cells in this range are going red - I want blank cells not yet populated to remain white/blank/no formatting

can you help please
