Moving multiple selections to other columns on same sheet

    Good day,

I need to move multiple selections to other columns on the same sheet (attached). I have a list of values with percentages located underneath it that I export from the program we work with. I need to move these percentages next to the values (rows 3;5;7;9;11 from columns H:M to B:G) and then delete the blank rows, I have tried to copy these selections and Special paste (Values and number formats & All using source theme) but this does not remove the data and makes deleting them afterwards a long procedure. Currently I am doing this line by line...

Any help will be much appreciated !

    Thanks,
    Lucille

    Hi Siva,

Just to confirm, the file attached is how the data looks before. Do you want me to attach another one of how the data looks when completed? I currently just cut and paste it line by line.

    Regards,
    Lucille

In Completed work book in B2 enter
    =INDEX(Before!$H$2:$M$11,ROWS(Completed!B$2:B2)*2,COLUMN(A1))
then copy and Paste Across B2:G6

    and in H2 enter
    =INDEX(Before!$H$2:$M$11,ROWS(Completed!H$2:H2)*2-1,COLUMN(A1))

then copy and Paste Across H2:M6
