Populate column based on drop down list selection

I have the following columns in my table:
Base Domain | Base Control | Base Reference | Comparison Ref 1 | Comparison Ref 2

I would like to have 2 or more drop down lists above this table to chose different environments/frameworks.
First dropdown list would populate the first three "Base" Columns, and the second dropdown list you can choose a different framework to populate the other "reference" columns.

Basically, it would be a comparison tool where I could compare my base framework with other frameworks.

I have another sheet ready to populate these frameworks.

How can I go about to do this?
    Many Thanks!

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Re: Populate column based on drop down list selection

    Here you go.

1.Sheet 1 you can see the table. You choose your desired framework (Out of 2+ different frameworks.) In this example, ABC framework should be chosen

2.Then, the first three columns(In grey) Become populated with the data. The data is pulled from the second sheet called ABC Framework.

3.Now you can select 1+ different frameworks to compare to. I only put one drop down list for the time being but you should have the option for 5-7 (Haven't decided how many frameworks this comparison tool will hold)

    4. The comparison reference column only displays The reference column of that chosen framework. If a similar reference from a different column isn't found, it should display N/A, and would increment 1 in the missing controls row.

I imagine the ABC Framework sheet should contain all frameworks already sorted with the similar controls/reference numbers on the same rows.

Summary: I want to compare different frameworks. If a similar control of my base framework is found in another framework, it will show the comparison results and indicate the corresponding reference number.

This seems pretty complex to me and I have no idea on where to even start, any bit of help is greatly appreciated.
