    Extracting/pulling data from text file into excel sheet

    Hello,
    I have a very large number of records in a particular text format and I need to convert each record into excel rows. I'm wondering how it can be done.

    The sample text file with two records and needed excel sheet are attached. Any help will be highly appreciated.
