I need some help...
I export from an accounting programme, and run some macros i have recorded, it colours the sheet into approx 5/6 different colours depending on the wording within the cell.
Column A) Customer
Column B) Product Required
Column C) Quantity Required
Column D) Quantity Given
For arguments sake, call it a pick / packing list.
I have changed the data, but looks like this:

When i filter Column C by colour, i print the sheet, and i can do this for all colours, like so:

I can then, take the data received from packers, enter it on the sheet, and until the filter... But, when you filter by "NO FILL" option, it doesn't remove all the gaps :
I have to run a sort by A-Z:

The sheet is now ready to be printed, Here is my question:
After i receive all the data back to be entered, how do i enter the data in A-Z, and then undo that filter without losing the rows in between each customer.
