I am building a tracking spreadsheet that lists "action items" as incomplete or complete. I would like the incomplete items to stay at the top of the spreadsheet, and as I mark them complete move to the bottom of the spreadsheet, or perhaps an archive tab.

As my list grows I have about a hundred incomplete items and several hundred complete items. As I mark items complete I manually move them down 100+ rows to the incomplete pile. It's laborious and I hope there's a better way.
