Risk Heat Map help

All,

Having trouble trying to plot a risk heat map and I am no expert on VBA or in fact excel generally. I need the workbook below to plot items on heat chart on 'sheet 1' from the data on sheet 'owssvr'. I also need this to be editable if further risks are added or if the probability / impact changes on my next import...is this possible?!
