Purchase Order & Shipment Management

Hi friends,

I am working in a Healthcare company in the purchasing department and have to keep the tracking of each and every order and its related shipment manually. Can anybody help me by guiding me on how to create a table or any other suitable solution to keep the track of my PO's and its related shipments and take multiple reports easily and automatically.

Any help will be really appreciated.
