Help with field layouts from vertical to horizontal

I've received a company listing in a text file that I imported to Excel. Problem is they are listed as:
Company
Address
City State Zip
Email
Phone & Mileage

Skips a few lines & goes to the next. I need these fields to layout horizontally in rows & to separate the city state zip & the phone mileage.

Example is in the file attached. First tab is the data I'm working with & the second is an example of what I need.

Hello I have applied the formulas....extend to wherever you need...

Please note that for extending you need to copy the whole row of the formula not just one cell and then copy downwards
