When I print out the document the font is very very small is there anything I can do to increase this and save the file or do I have to rebuild the current document. It shows the font is at 16 but when printed you need a magnifying glass to read it any help with this would bee great. I am very green in excel so I am stuck.
When I look at your page setup settings (Page Layout group -- Page setup button), I observe that your print setting is for 23% of normal size/fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall. Try changing this (and any other page setup/print settings) to get the appearance and layout you would like when printed.
