Adding to dates??

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a way to add to dates for example...

In a cell for example below..

09-01-15

What formula would I use to add 10 days (19-01-15) for example and for the result to show in another cell.

Hope I am clear enough and hope someone can help!

Hi and welcome to the forum

=A1+10

=select the cell and add 10
for example if you have date in Cell A1 then try =A1+10

Hi jay,

there is a simple way, just add 10 after your date like.

A1= 09-01-2015

so type in B1

=a1+10

see if it helps.
