Open sheet of workbook as per the selection in drop down list

I have created a data entry tool. If i click of drop down list of months so how it will open entry sheet of that particular month. I want to enter data of april'15 then select month "april'15" from drop down list and open entry sheet of april'15. How to do this

Similarly IF I want to enter data of Junel'15 then select month "June'15" from drop down list and open entry sheet of "Data Entry June'15". How to do this

Your Data sheet name should be "Data Entry "&April'15 (Month should be same as the month selected from Dropdown list
for example September'15 Month the sheet name should be Data Entry September'15
like the create your new sheets and modify the existing sheet names if any not matching as above

in this case I Changed it for April'15

Open the excel File
Press Alt+F11
Micro Soft Visual Basic will open, there you can find the code
