    Question Dependent dropdown lists

    1. A job might be considered a hot job or it might not be.
    2. If a Job is hot I choose the dropdown and it is denoted HJ in yellow color
    3. However when the Job is closed (C) or expired ( E) [second dropdown] the HJ must change automatically and become the blank dropdown.
How would I achieve it ?

    Please see attached Excel file

    Any help much appreciated

    Thanks !!
