Hello! I have created a workbook used for bi-weekly scheduling. In this workbook, each supervisor has a worksheet they fill out with their planned activities for the following two weeks. They assign jobs and hours to employees using a pre-determined layout. This worksheet automatically shows up in my Master schedule on individual sheets and then on a sheet that shows all 6 schedules together. I create this workbook for specific dates and change the employees and activity lists often. Every time I edit this workbook, I have to re-do the links for each sheet and save it in sub-folders of folders on the C drive. When I email it to my supervisor he must put the folder in the C drive for it to work and often links get messed up in the process. It takes us ours of checking and re-checking the links on our computers before we can get it to work well enough to send it to the client. There has got to be a way that I can edit the schedule, i.e. add more lines to the worksheet, change folder names, or change dates without effecting the path of the information. I want to be able to create this workbook so that it works wherever I place it on my computer and so that I can send it to the client and it will work on their computer regardless of where it is located. Is this possible or is the only way to ensure the links work is to re-link them every time?
Thank you!
