I am trying to get the cell to highlight Green if it's on or after the hire date (G column) but on or before the due date (CF column) and I can't get it to show greenAll others are working just not the green. Using the if(or formula is kinda new to me in the conditional formatting.
You havent said what cell to highlight, let's call it X
and(x>G5,x<=cf5)
and format as green
CF is hidden, havent got more time to spend on this

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
oh duh!! lol ok so I did that and it still doesn't turn green
