    Rows automatically in chronological order

Hi there! I have a spreadsheet where I enter in bookings for my band and I'd like to make it so that when I enter in the date of the performance, it is put into the appropriate place chronologically in the spreadsheet. Each performance date has its own row so the whole row would need to move along with it. Is there any way to have this done so that I could organize this better? Thanks.

Just fill out the row normally at the bottom of your table.

Then highlight the entire table, then do a DATA > SORT using the date column as the key.

Re: Rows automatically in chronological order

Thanks for the reply! Would there be a way to sort only a section of a row? Lets say I only want cells 2A-2D sorted because 2E begins a new section of the spreadsheet. Would this be possible?

EDIT: Nevermind, I've solved this. Thanks for your help!!
