Get a list of dates which are either month end or Friday

Hi, I need to find a list of dates in an Excel column using some formulas. The date list starts from 06 January 2012 (Friday) and carry on until 12 December 2014 (Friday), which includes all Fridays and month end dates.

Do you know how to implement it?

What do you mean by month end? The very last date of the month?
So for Jan 2012 would the results be

06/01/2012
13/01/2012
20/01/2012
27/01/2012
31/01/2012

Is this correct?

umm I would probably write in 1/6/12 and then below that write the following.
IF A1 was 1/6/12

After first week is established need to expand on this to check if it is an EOMONTH that happens to be a Friday or if it is just an EOMONTH so get the one before.
