When I move my cursor over my combo, list and text boxes the cursor stays as the plus sign. I am not able to select options in the boxes or place my cursor in them to type. It is like they have been disabled. How do I fix this? Thank you.

You symptoms seem to indicate that you are in 'Design Mode'. When you exit 'Design Mode', the controls should behave as you expect.
For more information about 'Design Mode', see: http://www.addintools.com/documents/...sign-mode.html

It isn't in design mode. I have put it in design mode, turned it off and this didn't have any effect on it.
If this file is saved to a "cloud service" and you are opening from the "cloud" by clicking on the file and you have preview in Windows Explorer turned on, it is possible to get the behaviour that you experiencing. If this is the case, turn off the preview.

Andy's reply reminded me of a fix for a similar problem that has worked for me in the past.
a. Make a copy of the offending sheet
b. Delete the original offending Sheet
c. Rename the copy back to the name of the original

This isn't in any cloud type service. I tried all suggestions. I did have an issue a few days ago where I had some named ranges linked to the combo boxes. I moved the lists to a different sheet which caused VBA errors to show up. I updated the new sheet name in the VBA. However my text boxes are not linked to any lists and shouldn't have been affected by that, but they are not selectable.
Restarting the computer didn't work either.
And now when I click on them, the picture tools tab shows up. Shouldn't it be the drawing tools tab? I think deleting it all and starting over would be simpler.
It might be caused by Windows Update -Security Update for Microsoft Office(KB2553154) - 32 Bit Edition
All my ActiveX Controls on my Worksheets did not function.
I uninstalled this update and the Controls worked properly.
Hope this helps.
