    MS Excel Formula Neophyte

Would someone mind putting this formula into plain English for me? =(INDEX(Burndown,ROW(E38)-ROW(E$3),MIN(TODAY()-SprintStart,29)*3+3)) Thanks! I also cannot find a value that is called burndown that the formula is referencing? Any ideas on how to find it? I have done a find, but no luck other than the cells with the formula in them.
