Macro for copying dates all the way down...

All I need is to copy Macros all the way down a cell for every row that already has data in it.

    For example:

    Jan 2013
    Feb 2013
    Mar 2013
    Apr 2013
    May 2013
    June 2013
    July 2013
    Aug 2013
    Sept 2013
    Oct 2013
    Nov 2013
    Dec 2013

Then Start all over from the beginning until it reaches the bottom (Note: It will really be 36 cells I am copying, not 12, because I need 3 years set up 2013,2014,2015)

Thanks in advance for anyone who can help!!!

Apologies, do you really need a macro? Type Jan 2013 in cell 1 double click the bottom right corner of the cell and it will populate for as long as theres data in the cell before.

That will only allow the dates to continue counting. It wont copy/paste a range of dates over and over again. Thanks though, all questions help better explain what I am looking for.

ahhh right so, you want to keep repeating Jan 2013 - Dec 2015 for as long as is required?

so if you have 73 rows you'd end up with Jan 2013 - Dec 2015 repeated twice and then Jan 2013 to finish? giving 73 rows (2 x 36) + 1

If I understand you correctly you want to copy the range of cells A1 thru A36.

The simplest way I can think of, with out a macro, is, in cell number A37 enter the formula =A1
then grab the lower right corner and drag down as far as you want.

You will repeat the first 36 rows as many times as you need.

Then do a Copy/Paste Values for your complete column of dates.

Actually, a quicker way would be to enter the formula =A1 in cell A37
    Then select cell A37,
    Select Copy,
    Do a CTRL-SHIFT-Down Arrow Key,
which gets you to the very bottom of the speadsheet, row 1048576 in Excel 2007
    Then Paste

Then do a Copy / Paste Values for your complete column of dates.
