Position of duplicate Value in the list

Can any one help me in finding out the position of the given number as per the criteria.
As we change the Vendor its top 6 sale is change. Now i want to know the position of sale.

Its working , it is what i expected.

But not working on Duplicate Value. Select "SHORE POINT" Vendor you will get to know

It is an array formula (Shift+Ctrl+Enter)
