Tables + Dragging formulas to sum columns

    Hi

PSA Drag sum formula on table columns.xlsx

Want to drag the sum formula in A2 across B2:H2

I usually rewrite each column because it locks the column name

I don't want to reference cells because the table will grow/shrink

    Is there a quick way?

If you are trying to sum all of the columns this will do the sum of all the cells within the table and as the amount of data changes so will the sum.

All you have to do is to click on the formula that you have in A2, with the cursor grab the fill handle of the cell (little black square in lower right of the cell) hold the left button down and drag across to H2. As the table expands or contracts, your sums will adjust automatically.
