Is there an easy way to show comments in cells without having to right click then selecting "show/hide comments"? Ideally I would like them to appear when I hover over. This is Excel 2013 I'm using.
Edit to add:
In the options I have the "Indicators only, and comments on hover" selected. This is precisely what I want! But it doesn't work.

You have me confused. They do appear when you hover over them!! Hover over G7...
I've just seen your edit. It may be an Excel 2013 settings thing. I'm not that up-to-date...

Just reading now to see if anything helpful is said. Creating a new file doesn't work like the first guy suggests.

There is a setting (at least in Excel 2010) in Excel Options, Advanced, Display, for cells with comments show:
- No Comments or Indicators
- Indicators only, and comments on hover
- Comments and Indicators

As I said in my opening post, that doesn't work.
Just making sure,....must be a bug of some sort.
Excel is so utterly appallingly bad it's almost beyond belief . .
It's the gruss betting assistant software which is causing the problem. It's connected to Excel. When the odds change on Betfair it updates the values in Excel. This somehow is making the comments not appear.
That's a problem since I need this software to be on and connected.
