Data Capturing

Dear Excel Community,
I would be delighted if you could kindly help me on this matter. I have a set of data below ( unfortunately I cant attach any files due to the firewall)
Yr 1 Yr 2 Yr 3 Yr 4 Yr 5 Yr 6 Yr 7 Yr 8 Yr 9
0.08% 0.12% 0.12% 0.12% 0.00% 9.57% 0.37% 0.37% 0.93%

what I need is to take 30% of the amount in Yr 1 and and add the remaining 70% of the amount in Yr 1 and add it to the 30% of the amount in year 6, this would also apply to the same in year 2, 3 and so forth...

i.e. 1. 30% x 0.08% = 0.024%
2. 70% X 0.08% = 0.056%
3. 0.056% + 2.871% ( which is 30% x 9.57%)
