Where can I get some more interactive help?

Hi all.

I usually go the way of the forum and oft opt for Excel Forum, but in this case I have a rather challenging Excel sheet that plays around with document numbers that may or may not repeat and based off that "index" the values may or may not fill in automatically in another cell, may or may not have to count certain ranges and may or may not have to determine the part of the total cost that is due... All very difficult to explain properly in a forum. Is there any place, chat room, hangout or whatnot where I can find a more interactive platform for help? Screen sharing, team viewer, whatever?

I saw the commercial services already, but still via forum and not interactive. The back and forth forum game would take too long. But thanks for the input all the same.
