Conditional Formatting / Hiding / Highlighting depending on comparison of cell values

Hi Gurus,

Been away from using Excel like this for a while so a bit rusty. This is for a trading simulator. Essentially columns on departure, destination, commodity, profit etc.

I would like to find the most profitable round trips but not necessarily just back and forth between 2 departure points. So i could build up circular profitable trade routes involving multiple stops.

I think multiple rules in conditional formatting would work but they are new to me.

In descriptive terms:

For all departure points in column a (cell), search column b (destinations) for the same point - then highlight both cells (the whole row would be better), but if unable to find a match in column b then hide/delete the current row and move on to next one.
