Recently, i had closed an excel file...and when i opened it all data had got changed, the data in all rows have got replaced with data in first row.....kindly help

no, i am trying to help someone who is affected by this. Is there anyway to recover the old version of the file??
I checked previous versions, but nothing available in it. Pls help
If you are on a network, you may be able to recover a backup there. If this is a stand-alone, and the file was saved that way (without a backup), I dont think there is a way to recover what you had
