I have inherited an Excel application that was setup with a Custom Menu and the standard Excel toolbar has been removed. As well as the option to Customize the Ribbon is deactivated. What do I need to do to reactivate the Excel toolbar? I am a programmer so if VBA is available for this let me know. Thanks.
