Close all existing all workbook and then open new empty excel workbook.
Your using MS-OFFICE 2010 just Click on FIle (Green Button Top left) -> Click on Option -> Click on General --> there u will find Font Name and Size Just change what ever u want and click on OK then u will get pop up click ok and close excel file and reopen it
