Double sided printing

Hello Please can someone help with printing. I have an issue with printing my reports which are across multiple tabs. I need it set up so that someone else can just press print and it will print all the pages, some of which should come on double sided. Im struggling to get this to work the way I want it too. Any help would be most appreciated im using excel 2010.

First of all you have to check the printer settings and change them if necessary. Second, in Excel you need to select Print on both sides-->Flip on long edge.

If you want to print all sheets, again, check under Print and change from Print the active sheet to Print the entire workbook
