Taking average in 7 cells in a column

Hi, I have a column of data with 7000 data points, I would like to take average for each of the 7 points, for example (1 to 7), then (8 to 14), then (15 to 21)......in this way up to the end.

Is there any easiest way to do that? I have added an example in the attachment.

    Thanks in advance.

    Best regards
