Excel 2013 crashes

Hi Everyone,

I am still having trouble with excel crashing, but have pinpointed it a bit further.

When I work (copy paste) with a large dataset it goes well the first time, but the next file that I open and uses fx copy paste in makes the program crash and the only sollution is to restart the computer.

I have disabled the visuals, and my thought is that excel doesn't clear the internal memory? Is there a way to ensure that this is done automatically? Getting rather tired of rebooting the system

Hi Richard,

The datasets are around 100MB - 7-800000 rows, only data no formulas, and the only thing I do is copy pasting.

I only have one big file open at a time, and the first time after a rebbot it works fine. When I close the file down and open a new one excel crashes as soon as I start copying the columns. Then I rebbot and open the same file and it works perfectly

I have 8 GB of ram on my PC
