Password Protection for a range of cells in a worksheet

Hi,

I need to protect a formula placed in a range of cells with password and user could not see the formula also. Please help me.

Please find the attached sample file, in that yellow colored range of cells should be protected with password. Rest all should be editable. Also the formula in column D should not be visible.
