    Find formula

I am looking to write a formula but have had a little bit of an issue getting it to work correctly. I have to columns of data. If an item in column 1 is also in column 2 then i want both items highlighted as yellow. If an item in column 1 is not in column 2 then do not highlight any in yellow. If the item in column 1 is in column 2 twice only highlight one of of the items in column 2. If the item in column 1 is in column 1 twice but only once in column 2 only highlight one of of the items in column 1.
