You dont - it will slow your file down to a crawl. Only apply CF to the cells you need to have it applied to, not an entire worksheet, and definitely not an entire workbook.

You did not say where the DD's are, and that is a pretty big file to search through to try and find them?

To have DV applied to an extended range, go into DV and adjust the "applies to" range on the 1st "window"
