urgent - Drop down list if another cell has a value

Hello wise and skilled excel users,

I have a drop-down list that I only want available if K5 cell has "Yes" value.

I tried this formula (with Andrew being the list range name) but it comes up with the error 'source must be delimited

Just control. I don't have activeX I don't think..

This is likely a VBA project.

I have found nothing to indicate that this is possible using Data Validation and worksheet functions.
