When I begin a formula and enter say =C I get the whole list of formulas that start with a C, then I hit O and the list changes to all the formulas that start with CO. I can either tab over when the proper formula is highlighted, click the mouse on it or type it out entirely.
Is there any way to get a data validation drop down menu to behave the same way? Or any sort of drop down menu? What is that kind of feature called?

Perhaps an ActiveX Combo Box or even an ActiveX List Box with the Match Entry Property set to 1 - frmMatchEntryComplete.
