I'm creating a Credit Card Bills spreadsheet and I need to calculate the date of the bill cycle according to the date on column A. My bill cycle for this particular card is on the 17th of each month. there is another one on the 14th but I'm assuming it should be similar to the first one.

In J3, use the formula
=DATE(YEAR(A3),MONTH(A3)+IF(DAY(A3)>17,1,0),17)
and copy down.
