delete "SPACES" at the end of a string or word in a column

Hi!

I have many columns with
A: ALPHANUMERIC
B: STRING
C: WORD , ETC

All i need is to take off all the <SPACES> at the end of a string or word in a column

Problem:assuming <SPACE OR SPACES> means " "

12 DE 2345 F45 68<SPACE>OR <SPACES>
2324 DKFJ 34 KJK 3KJJK<SPACE>OR <SPACES>

B
Mr. Antonio Fernandez<SPACE>OR <SPACES>
