Characters not getting copied over correctly

For some reason when I'm pasting large amounts of data from one spreadsheet to another it replaces the character " with Ó and I can't figure out why. Anyone one have any thoughts?

Try pasting to your new spreadsheet, using 'Paste Special' >> 'Values'.

If no luck, post your file.
