Auto Transfer Rows Once Complete

Hi,

Hope someone could help me please, I've attached a log of how i want it to look, but i cant figure it out

Basically when a person completes all fields on a row on their tab id like the row copied over to 'Main Sheet' and if any amendments are made id like the data to change auto on main sheet. Also id like the ability if possible to change the Person tabs to other names etc.

Any help would be amazing, thanks


Sorry had issues with file size, i want more tabs with users names on and id like them fed into the main sheet, if poss
