    Date Conversion

    I have excel data like below

    Date Sales 1 Sales 2
    2011-1 200 300
    2011-2 328 400
    2011-3 232 200
    2011-4 232 100
    2011-5 211 200
    2011-6 128 249

    Problem 1: I need to show Chart Scatter chart ( WEEKLY) .
    Problem 2: When i change data format of DATE it becomes 1900/0/1

    Hi, welcome to the forum

    Problem 2: When i change data format of DATE it becomes 1900/0/1
    Thats because your "dates" are actually text. I suggest you use this in a helper column to make them dates. You can them either use this as your date column, or copy/paste values over your "dates"

    =DATEVALUE(A2&"-1")

    No,

    There are still date before 2011. I have to show only data of 2011, 2012,2013. Excel is showing date before 2011 ( i.e up to 1900)

    Same excel file Poonam like bfore.

    Look at the x -axis. The date are not same as in table
