    covert hh:mm into hours and percentage of hour

    would any of you guys wouldn't happen to know how to convert 22:43 hours into hours and a percentage of the remaining hour would you???? hh:mm format second cell with conversion

    Multiply time by 24, format as a number (0.00):

    A
    B
    1
    22:43
    =A1*24


    Gives:

    A
    B
    1
    22:43
    22.72
