Large number of worksheets

I started a while ago developing an excel workbook for projects. Worked well for smaller projects but now I'm faced with a larger sized job and I figure I'll be around 160 work sheets. Navigating with the small ribbon at the bottom isn't going to work. I am out of luck? Is there a better way to navigate workbooks with a large number of sheets?

There is basically one sheet that holds the data, then the rest extract from this and put it in an organized format. Each sheet represents a piece of equipment

Would I be able to print out each one? Attached is an example of what it looks like. This is for equipment being installed in a building, I end up giving it to some guys who use it to check off that everything has been done correctly.

Possible to have it print out each version of the sheet. I guess that would be a macro job.
Do newer versions of word have a better work sheet manager, not the small ribbon along the bottom?
